How does the free plan work?

In order for you to try out Outreach.Buzz and decide to acquire a subscription, we offer a free plan. You will have lifetime access to a limited list of sites (around 5%) and the possibility to create one project. By upgrading to a premium plan, you will have access to all our 3500+ sites, limitless projects, the possibility to manage a team and invite team members.

Can I pay for 12 months in advance?

Yes! You can and you will also automatically receive two months of free service.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. The subscriptions are monthly and annually and you can change or cancel them whenever you want.

Is my data safe?

Your data is backed up daily and is stored in multiple locations. Our servers are located in data centers that are monitored by closed-circuit television and guarded by a 24x7x365 onsite team. What happens to my data if I cancel?

If you decide to cancel, we’ll save your account information for 30 days in case you need to access it. After that, we’ll delete all of your data.

Will my credit card be instantly billed?

On the free plan your card will not be billed. This will only happen after you acquire a paid plan and confirm the payment. The card will be charged monthly until you cancel your subscription.

Can I get a full refund after I purchase a plan?

Yes. We have a 30-day money back guarantee policy so you can cancel anytime within that time frame and get a full refund back.

Can I make a payment by invoice?

We can provide invoicing on Agency plans only when paid yearly. You can then make payment via bank transfer. Other plans must be paid for with PayPal.

What if I pick the wrong plan?

You can always change your subscription with one that meets your expectations.

Do you offer non-profit discounts?
