How does the free plan work?

In order for you to try out Outreach.buzz and decide to acquire a subscription, we offer a free plan. You will have lifetime access to a limited list of sites (around 5%) and the possibility to create one project. By upgrading to a premium plan, you will have access to all our 4200+ sites, limitless projects, the possibility to manage a team and invite team members.

How am I charged?

Billing is made by your team and is based on how many users you choose for your plan.

Can I pay for 12 months in advance?

Yes! You can and you will also automatically receive two months of free service.

Does OutreachBuzz work for agencies?

Yes! We recommend having your client create their own team so they are the billed party and add you as a user on their team. You can belong to as many teams as you like and it‘s easy to switch between teams. Unless you have your own team, you will not be billed.

Can I make a payment by invoice?

We can provide invoicing on Agency plans only when paid yearly. You can then make payment via bank transfer. Other plans must be paid for by credit/debit card or PayPal.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are based on monthly or yearly billing and as long as you cancel your plan before its renewal date you won‘t be charged again (unless you have outstanding charges such as pending prorated costs from changing your subscription).

Can I get a full refund after I purchase a plan?

Yes. We have a 30-day money back guarantee policy so you can cancel anytime within that time frame and get a full refund back.
