Refund Policy

Your OutreachBuzz subscription starts with a free trial. The trial period lasts for 14 days or as otherwise specified during sign-up. The account will not be charged and the subscription will be suspended until upgraded to a paid version at the end of the free trial.

Your “Billing Period” is the period for which you agree to prepay subscription fees. This will be the same or shorter than the Subscription Term. For example, if you subscribe to the Subscription Service for a twelve-month term, the Billing Period will be twelve months.

You can cancel your Subscription during the Trial Period and you will not be charged for the service. After your Trial Period ends, you will be charged for the Billing Period. Refunds are provided if you contact us within 30 days after your Trial Period ends. To request a refund during the Refund Period, simply email support@outreach.buzz.  You understand that Outreach.Buzz assumes costs after you create an account and you acknowledge that no partial or complete refunds will be issued after the Refund Period.

Unless you cancel the service or give us notice that you do not intend to renew the subscription, this Agreement will automatically renew for the shorter of the Subscription Term or one year.

Fees and any other charges for the use of the Service are described on our website. They may change from time to time. If we change the fees for products that you subscribe to, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice. Where a price change applies to you, we will charge or invoice you under the new price structure, starting with the next Billing Period in the Subscription Term. Any change to fees and other charges will not be applicable to the Billing Period in which the change occurs.

If you are paying by credit card, you authorize us to charge your credit card or bank account for all fees payable during the Subscription Term. You further authorize us to use a third party to process payments, and consent to the disclosure of your payment information to such third party.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via Outreach.Buzz. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We bill you through an online billing account for purchases made via Outreach.Buzz. All payments will be made in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site.

If any charges are not received from you by the due date, your subscription will cease and access to the sites will be revoked until the subscription is paid.

Cancellation

We have a 30-day money back guarantee policy so you can cancel anytime within that time frame and get a full refund back. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us using the contact information provided below.
